Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is one of the most important parts of growing up. We all remember Mr. Rogers helping us to identify our feelings and know that we were special no matter how challenging our circumstances, and PBS KIDS has continued to provide essential SEL content throughout our daily programming and online presence. These short videos help children to describe their emotional experiences, learn how to name these feelings, express their needs to each other and to trusted adults, and move their bodies in a way that will help them stay present and connected to their emotions.
